Katrine is a Contract Coordinator for the Carolinas Healthcare System. Before moving to Charlotte, she worked in Washington, D.C. as a social justice lobbyist at NETWORK, and later as a program coordinator for a court reform project at ZERO TO THREE. Her passion for Habitat began at Villanova University where she participated in the Saturday Habitat for Humanity program, and in several Habitat Service Break Experiences. One of her bucket list items is to bulid with Habitat in every state; so far, she's crossed off NM, GA, TN, NC, MS, IA, NJ, PA and DC (OK, technically not a state) from her list. Eight down, 42 to go.
Ben is a Sr. IT Security and Compliance Analyst with EmpoweredBenefits (a subsidiary of Aflac), after previously providing IT security consulting for community banks and governmental agencies. He was born and raised just outside of Charlotte, in Cherryville NC, and graduated from Appalachian State where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with majors in both Accounting and Computer Information Systems. Active in many social, charitable and professional organizations, Ben has served as Treasurer for the Appalachian State chapters of Delta Tau Delta and Alpha Iota Mu, and was an active member of Beta Alpha Psi and AITP. In his spare time, Ben likes to cheer on his Appalachian State Mountaineers, travel, play tennis, practice yoga, golf, and ski (both water and snow).

Originally from Clemson, S.C., David graduated in 2012 with a degree in communication from Auburn University. He currently works in channel marketing for Piedmont Hardware Brands. David has been involved with Habitat for Humanity for a number of years, volunteering both in the U.S. and internationally. An avid Tiger fan, David enjoys Auburn football, playing almost any sport, and all things outdoors.
Kerry moved to Charlotte after graduating from the University of South Carolina with a degree in Marketing and Management. She is a 2014 Teach for America member and currently works at Cochrane Collegiate Academy as a 6th grade English Language Arts teacher. Driven by a passion for giving back to the community, Kerry is excited to be a part of HYP. She grew up going to Habitat builds in grade school and continued in college, and has loved the sense of community and purpose Habitat fosters. In her spare time, Kerry loves to hang out with family and friends, travel, cook and spend time outside.

Kyle is a transplanted northerner and Patriots fan. He attended UNC-Chapel Hill, graduating from their business school in 2010. He has lived in Atlanta, Raleigh and now Charlotte with roles for Altria, a large consumer packaged goods company, serving in multiple sales and operations leadership roles. In his spare time he likes crossfit, kickball, reading and trying to keep up with his two crazy dogs.

Allison moved to Charlotte to work at MetLife in 2013 from Baltimore, Maryland. She attended undergrad at the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia where she graduated with a degree in Business Administration. She received her MBA from Loyola University Maryland. In addition to her work with Habitat, Allison is heavily involved with the Junior League of Charlotte. In her free time, you can find Allison doing pilates, being outside in the sunshine and traveling as often as she can to her favorite international destination, Spain.
Henry 'Art' Goodson
Volunteer Chair 2016-2017
Art is a licensed CPA. He was born in Wake Forest, NC, and graduated from NC State with a Bachelor of Science and Master’s degree in accounting. He first became involved in Habitat for Humanity through multiple leadership positions in his college chapter at NCSU, and still volunteers frequently on construction projects with Habitat Charlotte. Art is also heavily involved at his church where he volunteers and leads a small group for young professionals. When not on a worksite or at church he enjoys watching sports, working out, reading, and playing videogames.

Andy is a native Carolinian and a graduate of Clemson University. He stays busy during the day as a partner with The Shopping Center Group, a retail-commercial real estate firm. He began volunteering with Habitat in high school, continued while in college, and grew more involved over the last 10 years through his church, Myers Park Presbyterian, where he has co-chaired the church's engagement activity with Habitat Charlotte since 2010. In that capacity, Andy's responsibilities have included volunteer recruitment and coordination, logistics planning for an annual new home build, various critical home repair projects and the church's "Hab-A-Days." He's passionate about building a sense of local community through Habitat. Other volunteer involvement includes The Historic Elizabeth Neighborhod Foundation and The Providence Foundation, a familiy related nonprofit. Andy's hobbies include travel, good food, exercise and anything sports-related, and spending time with his wife Shelly and their daughters Katelyn and Evelyn Drew.

Josh grew up in eastern NC, attended NC State and graduated with degrees in Computer and Electrical Engineering. Josh began working on Habitat jobsites just before college and has spent years working with his campus chapter as well as local affiliates. He has also traveled to Washington DC with Habitat on the Hill and in Honduras on a Global Village trip. Now, Josh works as an electrical engineer for a local design firm. In his free time, he plays softball, runs obstacle course races, and tries to explore as much of western NC as possible.

Originally from South Carolina, Colleen is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where she earned a BS degree with a major in accounting. She also obtained a Masters of Accountancy from Ohio State. After a three year rotational program with Eaton, Colleen landed in Charlotte where she is an Accounting Supervisor in a truck manufacturing facility. In addition to volunteering with Habitat, she is also a youth ministries volunteer at her church, and champions the Green Team at work. In her spare time, Colleen enjoys running, reading, crafting, camping and competitive trivia.
Marketing Co-Chair 2016-2017
Zacch is a 2005 graduate of UNC Charlotte with a B.S. degree in Accounting, and has worked as a Senior Accountant for the Hearst Corporation since 2008. As a journalism minor in college, he served as the Managing Editor of The University Times at UNCC, and since graduation has had his contributions as a freelance writer published in more than a dozen local and regional publications. His upbringing was split relatively equally between upstate NY, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and Marietta, GA, although he has been in Charlotte since 2001 and now considers this home. In addition to his work on the HYP board, Zacch serves on the UNCC Alumni Association Board of Directors. He is the founder and director of the Voices of Eden Gospel Choir at UNCC (since 2005), as well as the Young Adult Choir director at C.N. Jenkins Memorial Presbyterian Church. He also recruited and leads a Habitat for Humanity volunteer group at his church that participates in two builds every month. In his free time he enjoys traveling, networking, meeting new people, taking new adventures, amateur photography and being a foodie.

Taylor currently works for Ingersoll Rand in materials management and supply chain. Prior to moving to Charlotte in mid-2014, she graduated from the University of South Carolina where she studied global supply chain, marketing, and Chinese. Originally from Pennsylvania, Taylor began volunteering with Habitat in high school in the PA & NJ areas, and continued that in college at various Habitat builds and stores in Columbia, SC. In her spare time she enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, and teaching yoga in the Charlotte community.
